TICKET BOOKING PROCESS

Guests must phone, fax or email ticket their enquiry to Hazel who will TENTATIVLY book ticket and table numbers for the guest and confirm the amount due therefore. See contact details below

Guests must deposit the required amount into the RCKP Club Bank Account and fax or email Proof of Payment of the required amount to Hazel. – See banking details below.

Only on receipt of proof of payment will Hazel CONFIRM the ticket and table numbers and mark the tickets accordingly. If guests delay their deposit until there are no more tickets available then the tentative booking will be cancelled and the money returned.

Once booking is confirmed the guest and Hazel will arrange for the delivery/collection of the tickets.
